On this course the student follows the Standard Course in the mornings and also has two afternoons of individual lessons. These lessons are designed to meet your individual needs and requirements so that you have a great opportunity to work on your specific language problems with your teacher. During the first lesson you will complete a Language Needs Analysis Form with your teacher, here you can specify the areas that you want to work on, so it enables the teacher to plan your lessons according to your specific needs.

ELTS exam preparation course 20

CES Dublin is an official IELTS test center, this means that after the course you will be able to make the exam in the very same school. You will follow a fully dedicated IELTS course in the morning from 9h to 13h, 20 lessons per week. The IELTS lessons focus on developing your exam skills. At the end of each week you will be given a test, to practice, and of course to check how is your English progressing. This exam is mandatory if you want to study in a UK university. You must get a level of between 5.5 and 7.5 in the exam to be admitted. Exams take place in the school twice or three times a month.

Intensive General English Course

You will attend the same program than the Standard General course has in the morning, and in the afternoon, 3 afternoons per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) you will have 6 extra lessons to improve your English communication at an accelerated rate and will progress in your competence in the use of English in everyday situations.

Special IELTS exam preparation course

The IELTS Preparation course is exclusively for students of intermediate level or above. The school offers four-week preparation course with a test at the end of each week and full mock exams in the final week of the course. The minimum of students for each course is 6.
The schedule for this course: General English from Monday to Friday in the mornings, and IELTS preparation from Tuesday to Thursday in the afternoons.

Standard English + Business Course

Students, who take this option, will have Standard General English course in the mornings and take the Business option three afternoons per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays).
The business sessions are designed for students who need to progress their English in business circumstances. If there is a group of students with similar needs, the course can be adapted to the group. You will learn to communicate effectively in this kind of contexts: meetings, presentations, sales, marketing, oral and written communication by phone, fax, e-mail, letter, etc.

Standard General English Course

This course runs in the morning leaving the afternoon free to join the social programme or to study in the school facilities. Morning lessons are divided into two sessions, each session is taught by a different teacher. In the first session you will improve your English accuracy, studying grammar, reading and writing. You will follow a text book which is the basis of most of this session, although other teaching materials will be used as a complement to the course-book. In the second session you will improve your communication focusing on your listening, speaking and vocabulary. In this session you will also consolidate the first part of the morning lessons and will practice English in everyday situations.
